Report on the
Tabernacles with Us with the King of Kings!
Dear friends,
We are in awe of what Father God poured out on us during our recent “Tabernacles with Us with the King of Kings” event over the Feast of Tabernacles here in the House of Life!
There was a wonderful atmosphere of unity and inclusion which grew over the eight days. People travelled from Poland, Germany, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Some people knew one another and some did not, but by the end we felt like family. We were 25 people in all, but not everyone was present for the whole time. Those who joined for the last few days just stepped into the atmosphere and it was as if they had been there all the time!
Although the initial plan was to have free times in the prayer room, on the first morning, Mark felt Holy Spirit say we should have two times a day when everyone comes together in the prayer room if only for a short time – at 10:00am and 5:00pm. Well, these times became the main stay of the week, each “session” lasted for about 2 hours and sometimes longer!
We worshipped (with harp and violin), we danced, we waited in silence, we ascended into the heavenlies and we prayed, often with prophetic acts!
On the first day we had a dance workshop, led by Masha, who gave a wonderful teaching (in English – not her native tongue) on expressing joy in dance in worship. She highlighted the importance of rejoicing when praying for the Jewish people from Jeremiah 31:7.
“Sing with joy for Jacob;
shout for the foremost of the nations.
Make your praises heard, and say,
‘O LORD, save your people,the remnant of Israel.’”
After all, God is going to fulfil His promises to them, so we stood on those promises and rejoiced!
On subsequent days, Lydia patiently led us (for those who wanted to) in making silk banners, painting the image we each received from heaven.
In between times there was time for relaxation and fellowship. We ate lunch together every day and enjoyed 2 Shabbat meals on the Friday evenings. We built a sukkah on the terrace which became a popular place to relax, enjoy the wonderful weather, drink coffee, etc.
We also started a project to make a throw for the Lounge. Some crocheted granny squares, choosing colours that represented themselves. The granny squares, when finished will be joined together to form a whole blanket – a symbol of us as individuals joining together to form a whole!
Revelation
Father God kept speaking to us, saying, “Come up higher.” In one of the sessions, we heard about the three levels that John experienced in the Spirit in the first few chapters in the book of Revelation:
- John was in the Spirit on the Lord’s Day (Rev. 1:10). He was having his quiet time and was in the Spirit.
- He heard a voice, turned (Rev. 1:12) and had an encounter with Jesus, face to face and received a message for the seven churches. He was now in a higher place in the Spirit.
- Later we read, “After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, “Come up here….” (Rev. 4:1) He had now ascended into heaven.
Another person expounded this, saying it was like….
- Surrender – being in a place of complete surrender to the Lord.
- Encounter – seeing Jesus in all of His glory, and
- Beholding in the heavenly places!
And the testimonies?
Wow! People expressed their thankfulness for such a wonderful time. Some had heavenly experiences.
One lady shared being before the throne of the Father, it was beyond words, in a place of BEING, a place of shalom and deep worship and deeper understanding.
Another lady shared her experience of lying in the River of Life in heavenly places. The Lord had told her previously that He was going to teach her to walk on the water! She did not know what that meant, but there were times in her life when she felt like she was sinking and struggling to get to the surface. As we went into one of the sessions, she was feeling very weary and tired (we worked the helpers hard!) and in her own words, “As we went into heaven, I just laid in the river…it was just such a powerful encounter…just lying in the River of Life….but God lifted me to a new place and it was just like… well, what is walking on the water? It has to be supernatural! It is nothing of us to establish it! And as I just soaked in the river, He just brought me up and established me in a new position. I feel like things are shifting for me.”
One lady expressed that the House of Life is a place where she can develop in the spirit, she feels safe to open-up and receive revelation.
Others spoke about the freedom they felt in the House of Life, Father God’s Presence and the joy.
Some declared that it was a turning point for them and one lady said she experienced an amazing breakthrough.
We give thanks and praise to God for all the He did in each person and also corporately. On a personal note, I (Cathy), amongst other things received supernatural levels of energy to sustain me through the week!
We are planning to do more events in the future, maybe on a particular theme, so watch this space!
